Essar Construction Ltd

Our base is over on Chhinam Road in Maroli Bazar, out in the Navsari district. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Essar Construction Ltd has been a part of this community for some time. The office is a simple place where we keep our tools and handle the local jobs. Since we are in Gujarat, the weather usually dictates our schedule, especially when the monsoon hits. We spend a lot of time traveling between Maroli and the surrounding areas. The office itself is usually dusty because of the road, but that’s just part of being in the construction trade. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is around just answers the door or the phone. We know most of the people around Maroli Bazar, so word of mouth is how we usually get our work. It’s an honest way to do business. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. There’s no secret to what we do; it’s just about putting in the hours and knowing the materials. We’ve got our routine down, and it seems to work. If you’re ever out on Chhinam Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s just a plain office for a group of hard-working people. We just keep building things.
