Our place is over at 18 Mahavir Society on Zaveri Sadak. It’s where we handle all the Dominance Dairy Products Llp stuff. Usually, the mornings are the busiest time because that’s when the milk shows up. We have to move fast so everything stays cold. The floors are always wet from washing down the containers. It smells like fresh milk and cleaning supplies most of the day. We aren't a huge factory, just a local setup trying to do things right. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in traffic on Zaveri Sadak, which is a bit of a headache. We just do our best to stay on schedule. There’s about five of us working here right now. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next batch to process. It’s a simple life, really. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our boots just working away. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and people know where to find us. Handling dairy is a lot of cleaning and checking temperatures. It’s repetitive, but it’s what we know. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we are really busy. That’s just part of the job. It is not always perfect but we get the milk moved out to the shops before the sun gets too high.
