We’ve been based out of Plot No- 410/2 in Kabilpore for quite some time now. Navsari is a good place to be, and being right there in the Gidc area near Bardoli Road makes it easy for most of our staff to get in every morning. It's a busy part of the neighborhood, especially with all the movement from the nearby industrial units. You can hear the sounds of the road all day long, but we’ve mostly gotten used to it. The building itself is pretty simple. We didn't spend much on making it look fancy because we spend all our time inside actually working on health care products. There’s a lot to keep track of, from the supplies coming in to the finished items going out. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel a bit heavy, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We have a small team, and most of us have been together for years. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the local area. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just show up, do what needs doing, and try to get everything right. If you’re driving down Bardoli Road, you might miss our turn if you aren’t paying attention. It’s just a regular gate on a regular street. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you with a coffee. It’s just us doing our best with what we have.
