Down in Bilimora, specifically in the Antalia area near V.M. High School, you’ll find our Deem Roll Tech setup. We’ve been part of this Gandevi taluka for quite some time. It's a decent spot, easy to find if you are familiar with the school nearby. We make rolls and technical equipment that factories use. It's noisy work sometimes, with the machines running and the metal being shaped, but that’s the nature of the business in Navsari district. Most of the guys here are locals who have been working with metal for years. We don’t have a lot of corporate meetings. Usually, we just meet on the floor, look at the specs for the day, and get started. The address at Antalia is where everything happens, from the raw material coming in to the finished rolls going out on trucks. We see a lot of the same faces coming back because we’ve been here so long. Life in Bilimora is a bit quieter than the big cities, which suits us just fine. We focus on the lathes and the grinders. If the machines are running smooth, it’s a good day. We don't bother with fancy descriptions of what we do. We just make the rolls that help other plants keep their production lines moving. It’s practical work for practical people, and we just keep at it day after day.
