We are based over at Door No-16 in Asha Baug. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot inside Shree Nikunj. When people hear the name biotech, they usually think of big white labs in the city, but we like it better here. It is a lot of hands-on work with the plants and the technical side of things that goes with it. We spend most of our mornings checking on everything and making sure things are growing like they should. It gets humid sometimes, which isn't great for the paperwork on the desk but the roses seem to like it just fine. We started out small and just kept going as the years went by. There are a few of us who have been here since the very start. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing with slides and presentations. Usually, we just talk over tea in the back room about what needs doing for the day or what equipment needs fixing. Sometimes things act up and we have to figure it out ourselves. It's not always pretty. The address is easy to find if you know where the main gate is located. We've got a lot of jars and samples sitting around on the shelves. It looks a bit cluttered to an outsider, I suppose. But we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they have been coming here for years.
