Our engineering place is located out in Ganghor, near Navsari. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have here. Aalidhra Textool Engg.Pvt. Ltd. has been operating in this part of Gujarat for some time. The weather can get really humid, which isn't great for the machinery, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We have a small group of guys who have been with us since we started. Most of them live in the surrounding villages and bike in every morning. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big reception area or shiny signs. Usually, you’ll find us on the floor checking the parts or looking over the latest designs. There is always noise from the machines, so talking can be hard sometimes. We eat lunch together in the back shed. It's simple food, mostly what our wives pack for us. Navsari is a decent place to run a business because people are honest and work hard. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big slogans. If someone needs engineering work, they usually know to come to our Po Navsari address. The building is older now, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the equipment inside is what matters. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure things are built right. That is how we have always done it.
