We are located right along the Mumbai Pune Highway in Talegaon Dabhade. You can usually see our building if you are driving past, situated right across from the Sushila Mangal Karlaya. Our shop is on a decent-sized plot of land, which is good because we deal with thermoset materials that take up a lot of room. It is a heavy industrial area, so there are always big trucks rumbling by on the highway all day long. Inside, it is mostly just the smell of chemicals and the sound of the molding machines running. We have been doing this type of work for a while now. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We have a small crew that knows these machines inside out. Some days everything runs smooth, and other days we spend hours trying to get a temperature setting right on an old press that is acting up. We do not have a fancy lunchroom, so we mostly just sit together and eat whatever we brought from home. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks piled with papers and old samples of things we have made over the years. It is not very organized to look at, but we know where everything is kept. Being out here in Talegaon means we have a bit more space than the cramped shops in the city. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
