Unique Auto

Our place is out at Gat No 126 in Mangrul, which is part of the Maval taluka. If you're heading toward Talegaon Dabhade, you'll find us in this quieter part of the region. It’s a bit more open out here than in the middle of the city. We have a good amount of space at the post, and things feel a little less rushed than in the big towns. Most of the people who come to Unique Auto are from the nearby villages or people traveling through the taluka for work. I spend my days mostly on the shop floor, which is really just a big open shed. We have some large trees nearby that give us a bit of relief from the sun during the hottest parts of the day. The ground is mostly hard-packed dirt and gravel, and you can actually hear the birds when the machines aren't running. It’s a simple setup we have here. We do a lot of work on tractors and local transport vehicles because that’s what people use most around here. Life in Mangrul is steady, and we follow that same pace. We close up when the sun goes down because there aren't many streetlights on this stretch of road. It’s a good place to work if you like being away from the heavy city traffic. We just focus on what’s in front of us and get it done by hand.
