Our place is located at Plot A-4 in the Talegaon Floriculture Industrial Estate, specifically in the MIDC Village area called Navlakh Umbre. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where all the industrial action happens in Talegaon. Husco Hydraulics has been around this part of the world for a while. We focus on hydraulic stuff, which means there is a lot of oil and heavy parts moving around the floor. It’s a decent-sized plot, so we have room for the big machines we need. The air out here is a bit clearer than in the city, which is nice during the morning shift. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a practical team that knows how these systems work. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to stay late to figure it out. Nobody complains much, we just grab some tea and keep at it. We’ve got a mix of young guys learning and older folks who have been doing this since before I can remember. We don't put on a show for anyone. When you come to the gate, you’ll probably see someone loading a truck or checking a pressure gauge. It’s straightforward work. We like the technical side of it and just try to stay busy every day. The local area around Navlakh Umbre is quiet, which suits us just fine for the kind of precision work we do.
