Our office is in Vashi, at B-407 Grooma House. It’s right in the APMC Market in Sector 19. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know how busy the market gets every single morning. Ruchaas Impex Pvt Ltd is just one of many businesses in this building. It’s a lot of stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly computers and desks and stacks of papers that we mean to file eventually. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at screens. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we do. The market outside is always full of people and smells of all kinds of stuff. It’s a very active place to be. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. Most of the furniture is just stuff we've picked up over the years. It’s functional. We have a small window that looks out over the street, which is nice for a break once in a while. We’ve been in Grooma House for a while now and we’re used to the way things work here. It's a practical spot for us to handle our business every day without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
