Bhagyashree Builders Developers

Bhagyashree Builders Developers is based in Office No. 416 on the 5th floor of the Central Facility Building. We are right in the middle of the APMC Fruit Market in Sector-19. It’s a very chaotic place to work because of all the trucks and loaders moving fruit around downstairs. The smell of oranges or mangoes often drifts up to our floor depending on the season. Our office is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have to keep for the various projects. We have a few desks and a table where we spread out maps and site plans. The paint is peeling a little in the corner near the window and the fan makes a clicking sound on its highest setting. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving out to see different sites across the city. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove to make some tea in the afternoon. The elevators in this building are always slow so we often end up taking the stairs which is a lot of exercise. It’s a busy environment and there is always someone coming in to ask about a plot or some paperwork. We don't really do any big advertising; people just know we are here above the market.
