You’ll find us at EL-205 in the TTC Industrial Area out in Mahape. It’s a heavy-duty kind of place, surrounded by factories and big warehouses. Working for Utc Fire & Security India Limited from this location means we are right in the heart of the industrial zone. The building is basically a large concrete shell with some office space carved out in the front. It gets incredibly dusty around here because of all the trucks passing by on the main road. We spend a lot of our time surrounded by fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and various security panels. It’s not the kind of office where you’d wear a fancy suit. Most of us are in practical clothes because we’re often moving equipment around or checking on inventory in the back. The heat in Mahape can be pretty intense, so the air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months. We have a small area in the back where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. Most of our day is spent on the phone with technicians or looking over site plans for security installs. It’s a long day out here, and the industrial estate can feel a bit lonely once the sun goes down and the factories start to close up. We’ve been here for years, and it’s a good, solid place to do this kind of work. It’s just how we get things done.
