You can find Umbria Agency over at the Saiprasad Shopping Complex. We are in office number 29 on plot 17, which is very close to Sanjivni Hospital. It’s a pretty standard commercial building with a lot of other shops and offices around us. We’ve been set up here for a bit now, handling various agency tasks for the local community. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working at our desks, answering phones and sorting through documents. Most of our day is spent helping people with their paperwork or coordinating services they need. Being near the hospital means there’s always a lot of activity on the street outside, with people coming and going. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the complex, so we usually tell people to come early. We keep things simple here. There’s no big reception area or coffee machine that makes fancy drinks. We just have our files, our computers, and a few chairs for when visitors stop by. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, but we stay busy enough. We just like doing our jobs and going home at the end of the day, knowing we sorted out whatever needed doing for someone. It’s a local business through and through.
