Equipment Spares Co. is over in Turbhe, specifically in Sector 22 near the Dr. S. V. Samant Vidyalay school. Our place is basically a big storeroom filled with shelves and boxes of every kind of part you could think of. We deal with spares for all kinds of industrial machines. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly which shelf has what. People usually come to us when something breaks down and they need a part fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking stock or looking through old catalogs to find a match for a part that hasn't been made in years. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s dusty, and there’s always a bit of oil on the floor from some old motor someone brought in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we usually have what people are looking for. The school nearby means it’s always busy with traffic, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a hassle in the afternoons. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. Most of our customers are regulars who know they can just walk in and ask for what they need. It’s a steady business, and we like the routine of it. We just keep the inventory moving and the shelves filled.
