Travel Ishq

Our shop is number 10 in Vinayak Residency, which is right near Shilp Chowk in Kharghar. It’s a good spot because there’s always people walking by. We do travel planning and bookings. Some days we're just helping someone get a train ticket, and other days we're looking into big family trips. It’s a mix of everything. The office is small but we have a few posters on the wall of places we’d like to visit ourselves one day. We aren't some massive agency with a call center. It’s just us sitting at the desks. We've had some long days when flights get canceled or plans change, but we try to sort it out. People around Kharghar know where to find us. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just like talking about travel and helping people figure out their routes. Sometimes we have to tell people a certain place is too expensive for their budget, and we look for something else instead. It’s about being practical. We’ve been in this shop for a while now and we like the community here. It’s nice when someone comes back after a trip and tells us how it went. That’s the part we enjoy the most. We try to answer every phone call, even when things get busy during the holiday rush or peak travel seasons.
