We are based over at Nishant Nest, which is on Plot No. 242 in Sector 28, Vashi. Our clinic is all about orthotics and prosthetics, which basically means we help people who need braces or artificial limbs. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. You’ll often see us measuring things, looking at molds, or adjusting a piece of equipment so it fits someone just right. We aren't a big, cold institution. It’s more of a workshop feel here because we are often tweaking things to make them work better for the people who need them. Vashi is a busy spot, and we get people coming in from all over the area. Some have been with us for years as they grow or their needs change. We don't have a PR team or anything like that; it's just us doing the work every day. When someone comes in, we sit down and figure out what kind of support they need to move around better. It takes a bit of patience and sometimes several tries to get a prosthetic feeling right. We understand that it's a big deal for our patients, so we just take our time and do the best we can with the tools we have. It’s practical work, and we like that we can actually see the difference it makes when someone walks out a bit easier than they walked in.
