Toplab India

Toplab India is based in office number 201 on the second floor of the Shah Prima building. We are located at plot number 13 in Sector 02 of Kharghar. It is a growing area with a lot of new construction happening all around us. The office itself is quite simple and we use it to manage all our lab-related work. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been together for a while. The building is relatively new, so everything works okay, though the hallways can be a bit empty sometimes. We have some equipment samples in the back and a couple of desks in the front. We don't have a big corporate structure or a human resources department. If there is a problem, we just talk about it over a cup of tea in the break area. Kharghar is a bit quieter than other parts of the region, which we like. It gives us a bit of space to think and get things done. Most of our clients reach out to us because they have heard about us from someone else. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. We just show them what we have and let them decide. It is a relaxed way to run a business, but it keeps us moving forward. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay organized.
