Textile Engineering Company is situated at Plot No. A - 680 in the Ttc Industrial Area. We are right in the heart of Mahape. If you know this area, you know it’s just row after row of industrial plots and heavy trucks. Our building is one of those steady, grey structures that’s been here through plenty of seasons and storms. We work on the engineering side of the textile world. It involves a lot of heavy metal, grease, and trying to get precise measurements right. The floor is usually covered in some kind of project we’re working on or parts that need fixing. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s always the hum of something running or the sound of tools being moved across the concrete. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other's habits and how the machines like to act up on cold mornings. Mahape is a long commute for some of us, but we show up and get the job done. The canteen nearby is where we usually end up for tea when we need a break from the noise. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us for the internet. We just fix things and make sure the engineering side stays solid. It’s honest work and it fills the day. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tricky, but that's just the nature of this work.
