Pine Puf

Pine Puf is situated out in Plot No. 67 within the Chemical Zone of MIDC Taloja. It is an industrial area, so things can get pretty dusty and loud with all the trucks moving around. We focus on puf products and insulation materials. Working in Taloja means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and manufacturing plants. Our day starts early to beat the traffic coming into the MIDC. We have a set of machines and a small team that handles the production side of things. It is practical work, nothing glamorous about it. We deal with various chemicals and materials needed to get the puf right. The office is right there on the factory floor basically. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure orders are ready for pickup. It gets hot in the summers, especially in this part of the zone. We’ve been at this plot for a good while. Dealing with suppliers and transport guys is a big part of what we do every day. We aren't some big corporate entity; we are just a manufacturing unit trying to keep up with the demand. People who need insulation work usually know where to find us in the chemical zone. We don't spend much on decorating the place since it’s a working site. We just focus on the manufacturing and getting the loads shipped out on time to our various customers.
