You can find us at the Punit Industrial Estate, specifically at unit B-18. It’s on Plot No: 11, right across from Turbhe Station on the Thane-Belapur Road. It's an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of trucks and movement around here. At Superslides & Bushes Corporation, we spend our days making mechanical parts like slides and bushes. The floor is usually covered in some oil and metal shavings because that’s just the nature of the work. It’s a noisy place with the machines running, but we’re used to it. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s a practical workspace designed for production. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the machines inside out. If a machine breaks down, we usually fix it ourselves. The location is convenient because the station is so close, which helps with getting to work. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the news. It’s a very grounded environment. We focus on getting the dimensions right so the parts fit where they’re supposed to go. There’s no fancy marketing department here, just people doing their jobs. We keep the inventory stacked on the shelves and try to stay ahead of the orders that come in throughout the week. Sometimes we have to work late when a big order comes in unexpectedly, but we don't mind much.
