We are located in the TTC Industrial Area in Koparkhairne. Our place is on the Fire Brigade Road, just off the Thane Belapur Road. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially during rush hour when everyone is trying to get onto the highway. Superslides & Ballscrews has a workshop that’s always buzzing with the sound of things moving. We deal with precisely what our name says—slides and ballscrews. The office is right next to where the storage is, so it can get a bit loud during the day. We have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy in Navi Mumbai. There isn't much to see in terms of decor; we mostly have shelves full of metal parts and some old computers. We don't spend time on being polished or looking like a big corporation. Most of us have been working in this industry for decades and we just know how things are supposed to fit together. We drink way too much tea during our breaks and talk about the local cricket scores. It’s a simple setup where we focus on getting the measurements right and shipping the parts on time. We don't have any big slogans, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, but we handle it.
