Suheg Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based at W-49(B) in the Rabale MIDC. It is near the Ghansoli post office area, which is a fairly busy part of Navi Mumbai. Working with rubber is a messy business, and our factory floor definitely shows that. There is always the smell of raw materials and the heat from the molding machines. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, and the building has that lived-in feel. We don't spend money on fancy office furniture or decorations because the work happens out on the floor. Our team is a group of local guys who know how to handle the presses and the molds. Every day starts with a quick check of the orders and then we get the machines warmed up. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the morning fixing a leak or a jammed part, but that is just part of the trade. The traffic near Rabale can get backed up, especially on the main road, so we try to get our loading done early. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words; we just make rubber parts and try to keep our customers happy with the quality. It is a loud, hot, and busy place to work, but it suits us fine. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the production line until it's time to go home at the end of the shift.
