We are based out of the Ibis Hotel building on Plot No. 266 along the Thane Bellapur Road in Turbhe. It’s a busy industrial and commercial stretch, so there is always a lot of noise and movement. Sudhakaran Nair & Co. has been operating from this location for some time. Being in the hotel premises makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here. Our office is a straightforward setup. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to sit, think, and work. We handle our business matters with a focus on just getting the job done right. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy presentations. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years. We like those long-term relationships more than anything else. The traffic on Thane Bellapur Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just plan our day around it. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't part of the hotel staff, obviously, we just share the space. It’s a bit unusual but it works well for us. We come in, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else. There's no corporate script here, just us trying to be helpful and efficient in our daily tasks. We take each day as it comes and try to be fair with everyone who contacts us.
