Stelle Paints

Stelle Paints operates out of Plot No.C50 in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically in the Pawane section of the MIDC. This part of Navi Mumbai is packed with industries, so we fit right in with the rest of the warehouses and manufacturing units. We have a modest setup here. It isn't a place for people who are afraid of getting a little paint on their clothes. Most of the time, the air is thick with the scent of chemicals and resins. We are just a local bunch of people who know how to mix paint. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or a board of directors. We have a shop floor, some heavy drums, and a lot of stirrers. Every day is about checking how the latest run turned out and making sure we have enough raw materials in stock. The Pawane area can get quite crowded with delivery vans, so we spend a bit of time coordinating who goes where. We keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at Plot C50 for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners nearby. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand with something. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get through our daily list of tasks.
