Star Windows

Star Windows is a local workshop based at Plot No. 46 in Sector-1-A. If you are familiar with Koper Khairane, you know it is a busy area with lots of small businesses tucked away. We have been here for a while now, mostly dealing with glass and aluminum frames. It is not a fancy setup. We have our cutting tables and a bunch of tools that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine. Most of the day is spent measuring things out and making sure the edges are smooth. We get a lot of dust in the shop from all the grinding, so we are always sweeping up, but it never stays clean for long. That is just how it goes when you are working with these materials. We don't have a big team or a receptionist to answer the phones. Usually, one of us will just wipe our hands on a rag and pick up the call. People from around the neighborhood stop by when they have a broken window or want to change the look of their storefront. We just tell them what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes we are backed up with orders, especially during the monsoon when everyone realizes their frames are leaking. We just do the work one job at a time. It is honest labor and we like the feeling of finishing a piece and seeing it fit right.
