We are located over at W-446 in the Rabale MIDC area. If you know the industrial zones around here, you know Rabale is a major spot for businesses like ours. Spectralab Instruments Pvt Ltd occupies this space, and it’s where we do all our instrument-related work. The building is a typical MIDC structure—nothing too fancy, just plenty of space for our equipment and the team. The air in Rabale always has that industrial scent, and the roads are usually filled with tempo trucks and people heading to their shifts. Our unit is a bit of a walk from the main gate, but we don't mind the exercise in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly a lot of benches and testing equipment. We don't have a lot of posters on the walls or any of that corporate stuff. We just have our calendars and a few photos here and there. The team is a tight-knit group; we’ve worked through plenty of busy seasons together. Lunchtime usually involves everyone sitting together and chatting about whatever is on the news. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We focus on the instruments and the technical details without making a big fuss about it. Being in W-446 has its challenges, like the occasional plumbing issue or the summer heat, but it’s our spot and we make the most of it every single day.
