You can find SKAN SALES & SERVICES PVT. LTD. over in CBD Belapur at Raheja Arcada. We occupy units 310 and 311. It’s a standard office building, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name. Our day-to-day is mostly sales calls and tracking service requests. It’s not exactly thrilling, but it’s what we do. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we have calendars and whiteboards with lists of things to do. The office can be a bit quiet when everyone is out on calls, but it picks up in the afternoon. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a part or a service, we look it up and tell them when it can be done. There’s no hidden agenda or complicated sales pitches. We’re just trying to earn a living like everyone else in Belapur. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, so we take the stairs, which is probably good for us anyway. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in Raheja Arcada, but we’ve managed to stick around. It’s just a small group of us working together. We don't pretend to be some high-flying international firm. We’re just local people providing services to other businesses. It’s simple, it’s honest, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just show up and do our best with what we have on hand.
