Simco Corporation

Simco Corporation is located up on the fourth floor, room 402, in the Raheja Arcade building. This is over in CBD Belapur, Plot No. 61 in Sector 11. It’s a pretty standard business hub. The elevator in this building is sometimes a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying much. There are lots of other offices around us in the arcade. You see the same faces in the lobby every morning. CBD Belapur is a busy part of town, always something happening outside on the streets. We have a decent view of the area from our windows, though mostly it's just other buildings and the parking lot. Our office space is just enough for the team we have here. We’ve arranged the desks in a way that makes sense for us. It’s not one of those modern open-plan places you see in magazines. It’s just an office with some old chairs and stacks of folders. We’ve been at this address for some time now. People know us as the folks on the fourth floor. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get things finished. Simco Corporation has been here through many seasons. We know the security guards by name. It’s just a regular workplace where we spend our days.
