Our place is in Sector 9 of CBD Belapur, specifically in Lane 2 at Q-13. If you’ve been to Belapur, you know it’s a bit different from the rest of Navi Mumbai—it has more of a planned, quieter feel in certain spots. We handle infrastructure projects, so there’s always a lot of blueprints and site photos lying around. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to sit down and figure out the day's tasks. We aren't big on corporate meetings; we usually just talk over the desks to get things sorted. People come in and out all day, mostly contractors or guys from the sites. We spend a good amount of time on our phones making sure materials have arrived or checking on progress. The building is a standard Belapur structure, nothing fancy, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the projects we take on. It can get a bit humid in the afternoons, but we have some old fans that do the job. We aren't here to win any design awards for our office; we just want to make sure the work we do on the ground is solid. It’s a small group of us, and we just keep pushing forward with whatever project is on the table today, tomorrow, and next week.
