Shree Malang Packers

You can find us behind the MIDC water tank, over at the Lotlikar Compound in Taodare. This is the Taloja MIDC area, so it is very industrial and can be quite noisy with all the trucks passing by. At Shree Malang Packers, we focus on getting things wrapped and ready for transport. It is a big, open shed mostly. We have piles of wood and pallets everywhere because we do a lot of crating. It is heavy work, and by the end of the day, my back usually hurts. My wife handles the phone calls while I am out on the floor working with the saws and hammers. We do not have any fancy brochures. If someone needs a machine packed, they just come and tell us the size, and we build a box for it. It gets really dusty in here, especially when we are cutting wood for the crates. We have been in this compound for several years now and know all the other workshop owners. Sometimes we borrow tools from each other. It is a helpful community. We do not promise anything impossible; we just say we will get the packing done as fast as we can. It is a basic business, but we take pride in the fact that things do not break when we handle them. We just keep our heads down and work until the sun goes down and then go home.
