You can find us at Plot No-D 406 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, which is part of the M.I.D.C. in Turbhe. We are located right near the Yogi Mid Down Hotel, which is the easiest landmark to give people when they are trying to navigate the Mumbai-Pune Road. Our business covers a lot of things involving motors and leasing, so the site is usually quite busy with different vehicles coming and going. The industrial area here is huge, and it can be a bit overwhelming with all the warehouses and factories around. We have a decent-sized plot where we keep our operations running. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to handle the paperwork and talk to people who come in. It gets very dusty because of the heavy trucks on M.R. Road, so we are constantly cleaning the desks. We’ve been operating from this Turbhe location for some time now, and we’ve seen the whole area grow. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for our staff to get in on time, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We don’t put on any acts or try to look bigger than we are. We just handle the leasing and motor side of things as best as we can every day.
