Separation Techniques. Our place is Plot No.R-404 in the TTC Industrial Area, over in Rabale MIDC. It’s a big industrial zone and we fit right in with the other units. We deal with specialized equipment for separating materials. It sounds complicated, but we’ve been doing it so long it feels like second nature now. The workshop is big enough for our needs, though it feels smaller when we have a big project going on. Rabale is a good location for this kind of thing because of all the other engineering firms nearby. We spend our days tinkering with designs and putting things together. It’s not a clean job; there’s always something to clean up at the end of the shift. I started this company because I noticed people needed better ways to filter things. We aren't a massive corporation with a board of directors. It’s just me, a couple of engineers, and the guys on the floor. We talk over tea about how to fix a machine or improve a process. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is breathing down our necks. It’s just the way it goes in MIDC. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build stuff that works. The floors are a bit stained from all the oils we use, but it shows we actually work here. We just try to get the orders right.
