You can find us at R/348 in the TTC Industrial Area, right behind the Bhushan Hotel near Rabale Naka. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for us. We spend our days dealing with air conditioning units and cooling systems. The shop is usually full of condensers, fans, and coils. It can get pretty cramped when a big shipment comes in. We’re often out on the road visiting sites, but the home base is here in Rabale. The air in the workshop is usually a bit cooler than outside, luckily. We have some guys who are experts at finding leaks and others who just handle the heavy moving. It’s not a clean job; there’s a lot of insulation fluff and copper piping scraps around the floor. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the tea stalls nearby and the best shortcuts to avoid the traffic on Thane Belapur Road. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook during the summer months, and we struggle to keep up with the calls. In the monsoon, we worry about the roof leaking near the electrical parts. It’s just regular business stuff. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get the units fixed and the customers sorted. It’s a lot of driving and a lot of heavy lifting, but it’s what we know how to do.
