Down here in Navi Mumbai, we operate out of Jaivant Patil Chawal. It’s specifically Room 4. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard neighborhood. We’ve been running Rolex Logistics from this spot for a good bit of time. It’s not a huge corporate building, just a practical space where we can get the paperwork done and talk to drivers. Logistics is mostly about phone calls and making sure the trucks are where they need to be. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes things slow, but we keep at it. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we know the shortcuts and the local layout well. We deal with all sorts of transport requests. It gets noisy sometimes when there’s a lot of movement on the street. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the jobs we have for the day. It’s a simple setup. A couple of desks, some files, and a lot of tea. We prefer it this way because we can talk to our customers like neighbors. People come by, we sort out their transport needs, and that’s that. No complicated jargon, just moving stuff from A to B. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job every day without making a big fuss about it. We stay open late when the work demands it, just to ensure everything is squared away.
