Reliance Retail Ltd.

Working at Reliance Retail Ltd. means coming into the Reliance Corporate Park every morning. We are in Building No. 4, specifically the C-Wing on the 1st Floor. Our spot is WS-111, which you get to through Gate-A. It’s a massive place on the Thane-Belapur Road in Ghansoli. Sometimes it feels like a maze in here with all the wings and different floors. We spend our day at the desks in the WS-111 area. It's a lot of sitting and looking at screens. The building itself is huge, but our little corner is where everything actually happens for us. People are always walking past the windows in the C-Wing. You see the same faces every day. Ghansoli is a busy area, and the traffic on the road outside can be a bit much during the evening rush. We just stick to our tasks on the first floor. It's not a very exciting place, just an office where we manage the retail side of things. We have coffee breaks and talk about the weekend sometimes. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and get through the lists of things that need doing. It's a long commute for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the routine of Gate-A and the walk to Building 4. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold. We have some plants on the desks to make it look less like a grey office. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator for too long.
