Refinement Sciential Co. is based right here in Vashi, specifically at 501 in the City Mall on Plot-04. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly deal with scientific gear and laboratory setups. People come in looking for very specific parts for their work, and we try to keep a good stock. It isn't a massive office, just room 501, but it’s packed with inventory. Most of my day is spent checking through orders and making sure none of the glass or instruments got damaged in transit. It’s quiet work for the most part, away from the noise of the mall. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us who know the technical side of the equipment. Vashi works well for us because the transport links are easy for deliveries. Sometimes the mall gets a bit crowded on weekends, but we’re usually tucked away with our paperwork by then. We handle a lot of different brands and items. If someone needs a specific tool for a measurement, we probably have it somewhere in the back. It’s a lot of inventory management and keeping track of small components. We try to stay organized, but the desk usually ends up buried under invoices and shipping labels. That’s just how it goes when things are moving. We’ve watched this area grow quite a bit over the years. We just focus on getting the right gear to people. We also spend time on the phone with suppliers.
