Rakiro Biotech System Pvt. Ltd. is based at R-466. We are also in the TTC Industrial Area in MIDC Rabale. It is a big area, and our unit is one among many. We work with biotech systems. It involves a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep it simple. Our workspace is divided into a lab and a small office area. It is a very practical setup. We don't have any leather sofas or expensive paintings. We just have our equipment and our books. We’ve been at R-466 for a number of years. The people who work here are mostly from around this part of the city. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just talk like regular people and get our tasks finished. Rabale can be a bit of a commute for some, but it’s a good industrial hub. We don't spend time on making fancy speeches. We just show what we have made if someone asks. Sometimes the machines need a lot of maintenance. We do that ourselves mostly. We are just a small biotech firm. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our job well and keep the business running. It’s a quiet place for the most part, even with the industrial noise outside. We just stay focused on our systems and our daily routine.
