N. P. Fabrication Work

We run N. P. Fabrication Work out of G- 108 in the Girija Compound-2. It’s right on Gothivali Village Road in Rabale. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly industrial and workshop spaces. Our shop is where we do all the cutting and welding. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because there is always metal dust and scraps around. We spend our days wearing heavy boots and working with tools. The compound is usually full of trucks and other guys doing similar work. It gets really hot in the afternoon but we just keep the fans going and get through it. We’ve been here in Rabale for a good while and have seen the village road get busier every year. Most of our work is just practical fabrication stuff that people need for their own buildings or projects. We don't have an office with fancy chairs, just a small corner with a desk and a computer for the bills. The noise is pretty constant from the grinders and the hammering, but that’s just how it is when you’re making things. We usually take our lunch break together and then get right back to the welding. It’s a tough job but we like seeing a project finished at the end of the week. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs to get out by morning.
