pemac projects

We've been at W-256 in the TTC Industrial Area for a while now. It's a busy spot in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Mostly we handle project work and general engineering stuff. It gets pretty noisy around here with all the industrial activity in the MIDC zone. We spend most of our days dealing with plans and site requirements. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done and store our tools. Sometimes the traffic near Rabale station is a bit much, but we manage. People know us as pemac projects. We aren't a huge corporation, just a team working on various setups and technical builds. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or other businesses nearby. We deal with the usual day-to-day issues you find in a workshop or a project site. The heat in Mumbai can be tough during the summer months, especially in an industrial shed with high ceilings. We usually have tea around four in the afternoon to keep going until the shift ends. Our gates are open during regular business hours for deliveries. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the technical side of the work we take on. It's a straightforward operation. If you walk down the road in MIDC, you'll see our sign. It's nothing flashy. We try to keep things organized despite the constant movement of materials. That’s just how it is here. We've seen a lot of changes in the Rabale area over the years.
