We are over at Plot No Pap-R-234 in the Ttc Ind. Area of Midc. R P Products Pharma Equipments Pvt Ltd is what the sign says on the gate. We build equipment for pharmaceutical companies, like tanks and mixers. It’s heavy work. There is usually the sound of welding or grinding going on in the background. Our workshop is full of metal sheets and various tools. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready kind of place. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and someone will help you out. We’ve been in this part of Midc for a good number of years now. Most of the guys on the floor have been welding for half their lives. We don't spend much time on fancy office decor. The desks are old and the chairs squeak, but they do the job. We focus on making sure the welds are clean and the machines work like they should. It’s often hot in the shed, but that’s just how industrial work goes. We have a small corner where we keep the drawings and files. Everyone knows their job and we don't need a lot of management. We just get the specs from the client and start cutting the steel. It's a basic, hard-working environment and we prefer it that way, just keeping things moving and staying busy.
