Progene Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is based at 201, Audumber, Plot No. 36/1-B-2, Sec-24 in Turbhe. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s easy enough to find once you’re in Sector 24. Turbhe is a hub for a lot of pharma activity, so we are in good company. Our space in the Audumber building is where we manage all our pharmaceutical distribution and business. It’s not a massive skyscraper; it’s a sensible building that suits what we do. Inside, there are usually stacks of boxes and people busy at their computers. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write down what we need to do and do it. The local area can be quite crowded with traffic, especially near the stations, but we’ve learned the shortcuts. We have some long-term employees who know the business inside out. Sometimes we have lunch together in the breakroom and talk about anything except work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we’re busy. We focus on getting our products out to the people who need them without making a big fuss about it. There’s always some paperwork that needs filing or a delivery that’s running late, but we take it in stride. That’s just the reality of running a business in this part of town.
