Prayas Health Clinic

Prayas Health Clinic is located in the Opg Chs building, specifically B 803 in Sector 2, Sanpada. Being inside a residential society means we are right in the middle of where people live. It’s not like those big hospitals where you have to park in a giant garage. You just walk into the building and come up to see us. The clinic itself is fairly small, just a few rooms where we see patients throughout the day. Because we are in Sanpada, we get a lot of local families coming in. You might hear the sounds of kids playing outside or neighbors chatting in the hallway while you’re waiting. We try to keep things simple and direct. There is no big reception desk with a dozen people working; it is usually just one or two of us handling the phones and the files. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have a few chairs in the waiting area that have been there for years. We mostly deal with everyday health issues, the kind of things that bother people but don't need a massive hospital visit. It’s a quiet life here for the most part, and we like it that way. We know most of our patients by their first names because they live just a few floors away or in the next block. It's a very personal way to run a clinic.
