Powerex Engg.

Powerex Engg. is based at W-309 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, which is part of the M.I.D.C. zone. This is a very active industrial neighborhood, so there is always the sound of transport and work happening nearby. Our unit is a practical space, designed more for function than for looks. We have some heavy desks and a lot of storage for the parts and equipment we use. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. Most of us have been working here long enough that we don't even notice the noise from the street anymore. We don't have any polished slogans or a mission statement on the wall. We just come in, put on our work clothes, and get started. The day usually involves a lot of checking lists and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as best as we can. We are a straightforward group of people. We don't see the point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We have our regulars who know where to find us and we just keep the business running. It is a solid place to be, and we are glad to be part of the M.I.D.C. community.
