Our office is located at C-3-706 in Haware Green Park, which is out in Kamothe. It’s part of the larger Thane area, though it feels a bit quieter than the middle of the city sometimes. We are on the seventh floor, so we get a decent view of the surroundings, even if it's just more buildings and the highway. The space is basically just a few desks, some computers, and stacks of manuals for the PLC work we do. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so you see families walking by and then people in work clothes right next to them. We usually get in early before the traffic on the main road gets too heavy. Most of our day is spent looking at logic codes and trying to figure out why a system isn't communicating properly. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless we are arguing over a specific technical problem. We’ve been in Kamothe for a while now. The building is okay, though the elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch hour. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who actually understand how these controllers work. There is a small canteen downstairs where we get samosas if we are staying late to finish a program. The security guard at Haware Green Park knows us all by name now. It is a decent place to work.
