Pets Clinic

We are located in Sector 6 of Airoli, specifically at the building called 20 Sanskruti on Plot No 10. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter here than in some other parts of the city. We are on the ground floor of the building, which is convenient. The clinic is just two rooms and a small bathroom. We have a desk right as you walk in where we keep the appointment book. The chairs in the waiting area are mismatched because we just added them as we needed more seating. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s clean and it works. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby blocks. They just walk their dogs over on a leash. We see a lot of cats too, usually brought in those plastic baskets. The day usually starts with a bit of cleaning and making sure the towels are washed. We don't have a big team, so if the phone rings while we are with an animal, it might take a minute for us to answer. We try to be thorough, which sometimes means we run behind schedule. People around here are pretty patient about it, though. We spend a lot of our time explaining things to pet owners or just chatting about the neighborhood. It’s a very local way of doing things. We close up once the evening appointments are finished and head home like everyone else.
