Our place, Pavlo Fire Engineers Pvt. Ltd., is situated at Plot No. A-667 in the TTC Industrial Area. Being in M.I.D.C. Khairane means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and workshops. It’s a gritty part of town, but it’s where the real work happens. We deal with fire safety equipment, which sounds very serious, and it is, but on a daily basis, it’s just a lot of checking valves and refilling tanks. The workshop is usually filled with red cylinders and long hoses. We have a few vans that go out to different sites every morning. Some days the heat in the industrial area is really something else, especially in the summer. We don't have fancy air conditioning in the main work area, just a few big fans that move the air around. The staff here is a mix of older guys who know everything and some younger ones learning the ropes. We eat our lunch together in the small break room. It’s not a polished corporate office. There’s dust on the shelves and the floor gets scuffed up from moving heavy gear around. We try to keep things organized, but when a big order comes in, it gets a bit chaotic. We just do our jobs and try to make sure everything is done right. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. Most people who come here are just looking for their equipment to be serviced quickly. We just get the job done and that’s about it.
