Down in Vashi, at the APMC Market 1, you’ll find us at C-54. This is the heart of Mudibazar in Phase 2. If you know the market, you know it’s a place of constant movement. Pavan Trading Company has been operating out of this stall for years. It’s a trading life, which means we’re surrounded by piles of goods and the constant drone of the market crowd. Our unit isn't anything fancy. It’s a place to store stock, talk to customers, and settle accounts. We start our days early, usually when most of the city is still asleep. The air in Mudibazar is always thick with the smell of whatever is being traded that day. We have a few regulars who have been coming to us since we started. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. It’s just me and a couple of helpers making sure the bags are weighed and the orders are correct. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the humidity hits Vashi, but we keep the shutters open. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Our reputation in the market is just built on being here every day and doing the work. It’s a simple business, really. We buy, we sell, and we try to keep things fair for everyone involved. That's just how we run things here in the market.
