Spirochem Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 302/B Kalash CHS on Plot No 10 & 11 in Deravali, Panvel. Panvel is quite a distance from the main city, but it has its own rhythm. Being in a CHS like Kalash means we are in a building that feels a bit more like a community than a cold office block. Our unit is on the third floor. Deravali is a growing area, and you can see new things popping up all the time around plots 10 and 11. It’s not always easy to find if you aren't looking closely at the building numbers. We’ve got a small setup here. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. Panvel weather can be quite something, especially when it rains, and the walk from the nearest station or bus stop can be a bit of a trek. At Spirochem, we just get on with our tasks. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the middle of Mumbai. We know the security guards and the other people in the building. It feels local and grounded. We like being in Panvel; it’s got a different energy. 302/B is just where we spend our hours making things happen. We’ve been here since the building was fairly new.
