Our office is located at 201/1, right by the HOC Hospitals in Rasayani. Being in the Panvel area of Raigad means it can be a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve been for a while. The building is usually pretty busy because of the hospital nearby. We see people coming and going all day long. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks and filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of paperwork related to the different projects we have going on. The walls are mostly bare, maybe a calendar or two. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to know which door to look for. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know how each other works without having to say much. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the accounts and the schedules. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether that’s managing some site work or sorting out the payroll. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking in on things. The days are long, and the paperwork never seems to end, but we’re used to the pace by now. It is just how things get done here.
