We are located over at Shah Plaza on R.G. Gadkari Road in Panvel. Neoshi Amusement & Gaming World Pvt. Co. is basically a place where we manage games and fun stuff. It’s a bit different from a regular office because we have machines and gaming equipment around. The atmosphere is usually a bit more laid back than a bank or a lawyer’s office. We spend our time making sure the setups work and that people have a place to go for entertainment. Panvel is a growing area and we’ve seen a lot of changes on Gadkari Road over the years. Our spot in Shah Plaza is where we do all the behind-the-scenes work. Sometimes we are fixing a joystick and other times we are just sitting at the computer doing the accounts. It’s a small team of us here. We aren't some giant international chain; we’re just local people who like the gaming industry. It gets a bit noisy when we are testing new equipment, but the neighbors don’t seem to mind much. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want the equipment to run well so folks can enjoy themselves. If you’re walking past Shah Plaza, you might see us moving some gear in or out. The traffic around Gadkari Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it's part of the life here. We usually just stick around until things calm down. It’s a decent place to work and we keep things pretty casual.
